HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and vary according to the size of your parcel and cost of the piece of glass.

All parcels over £50, in the U.K will be sent by Royal Mail tracked, (or UPS for the largest panels) and may need a signature on receipt. This way both you and I can keep a beady eye on the order as it travels to you.

Parcels under £50 will be sent by Royal Mail 1st Class and requires no signature.

I try really hard to keep the cost of shipping your parcel as low as possible and re-use packaging where I can to help with this. 

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SENT?

I aim to send your parcel out within 3-5 days

It may be earlier but it can take some time to prepare your parcel to my over exacting standards!!

HOW IS MY ITEM PACKAGED?

For the very smallest items, (Small roundels and Christmas trees) I bubble wrap, make a cardboard sleeve and send in a padded envelope. For all other panels I bubble wrap, make a double cardboard sleeve then put it in its final box surrounded by bubble wrap or packing peanuts.

I try to re-use packaging that has been sent to me as much as I can to help keep costs down and to not waste resources. Sometimes this isn't possible.....but I try.

HELP! WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PANEL IS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT...

This really shouldn't happen with my paranoid packaging but if it does...…

Please contact me straight away at sarahrobertsglassart@gmail.com to let me know what the problem is and if possible send some photos of the damaged item and packaging. I will then arrange for you to return the item to me, (at my cost) and offer you a full refund. Items returned must be carefully packaged to avoid more damage.

 OTHER DESTINATIONS

At the moment I am only offering delivery in the UK and USA, (smaller parcels only) but if you live elsewhere in the world and would like to buy something from my shop,(thank you) please get in touch in with me first and I can give you an idea if this would be possible and the price for shipping.
