Each print is completely handmade using high quality artist inks from Cranfield- Caligo Safewash oil based ink and hand burnished, (printed without the aid of a printing press) on beautiful Gampi smooth 32g printmaking paper, a very thin yet strong traditional Japanese paper which has subtle decorative bark inclusions called chiri. Therefore each print may contain slight variations/imperfections to it, i.e. ink density and amount of detail. As this is a hand printed item colours may also very slightly. This makes each one unique and beautiful.
